Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Organizational Development Specialist at Al Kifah Precast Company in Dammam. The Specialist will be responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness, performance management, and communication strategies. Daily tasks may include conducting analytical assessments, designing and implementing development programs, and collaborating with various teams to drive organizational growth.

Qualifications

- Fluent in English

- Have experience in JD, Training And organizational planning.

- Have a minimum of 4 years experience.

- bachelor's degree in BA or HR
