Job Description

Urgent required OUTDOOR PROJECT SALESMAN - ARABIC SPEAKER for CERAMICS under a holding Company to join immediately.
  • Candidate's must have the following criteria's below;
with valid transferable Qatar ID
  • Can join immediately
with 3-4 years of experience working as an Outdoor Project Salesman in Ceramics, Building Materials and Sanitary ware
can speak Arabic fluently
  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Source and develop client referrals.
  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
  • Build relations with the big Contractors.
Specify the material with organizations responsible for sport facilities.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Understand the enquiry of his customer.
  • Collect necessary document and information of the project/customer enquiry. Send to the Design team to request for quotation.
Provide information on pipeline data.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Submit offers and close deals with clients.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Handover the signed projects to other divisions.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Conduct product training to sales team and to customers.
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
Coach and provide feedback to team members, foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest actions as needed.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
