Job Title: Outdoor Saleslady
The Outdoor Saleslady will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to potential customers in designated outdoor areas. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating product features, negotiating prices, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, personable, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
Sales & Promotion:
- Actively promote and sell products or services to customers in outdoor settings such as streets, markets, public events, or door-to-door.
Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and uses of products to potential customers.
- Provide product samples, brochures, or catalogs to potential customers.
Customer Engagement:
- Approach and engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints.
Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets as set by the company.
Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
Maintain a deep understanding of the products or services being sold.- Stay informed about competitors products and promotions.
Logistics & Inventory:- Ensure sufficient stock of products is available for sales activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels, and cash transactions.- Handle the setup and takedown of promotional displays or booths in outdoor locations.
Compliance & Safety:- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines for outdoor work.
Ensure all sales activities comply with local regulations.
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, especially in outdoor or field sales, is preferred.
Skills:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to persuade and close sales.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods while carrying sales materials.- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Primarily outdoor work, with exposure to varying weather conditions.- May require working during weekends, holidays, or extended hours depending on sales activities and events.
Base salary plus commission based on sales performance.- Possible bonuses for exceeding sales targets.
