Your Day to Day
As an Outlet Manager, you will lead the operations of your designated F&B outlet. Your key duties and responsibilities will be to ensure profitable F&B operations, achieve outlet business goals, accurately forecast business demands, work with the team to develop & execute the marketing plan, ensure the manning schedule is up to date, oversee regular preventative maintenance and maintain outlet safety and sanitation all in accordance to the hotel and brand standards.
Additionally, you will also manage your team members performance, identify training needs, develop and deliver the relevant training for supervisors and team members in an effective way to maximize guest satisfaction and develop team members to enable them to achieve their career goals.
What We Need From You
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
Knowledge and experience in different F&B venues will be essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to lead a large and diverse team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask
