We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
OA Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our partner Owners Association company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of the Owner's Association.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and community guidelines.
- Develop and manage the annual budget.
- Oversee financial transactions, audits, and reporting.
- Build positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns, and fostering a sense of community.
- Organize community events and initiatives to enhance resident engagement.
- Collaborate with vendors for maintenance, security, and other services.
- Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve community services and amenities.
- Work with the board to achieve long-term community goals.
- Must have experience in a previous OA manager role (Preferably at an owner-association company)
- Strong understanding of property management principles, regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
Depending on experience base salary can range up to 15-20K AED
