We are seeking our nextDigital Paid Media Managerto join the Adcreators Mena team.
We are looking for someone who LOVES all things digital and social, has prior agency experience, wants a client portfolio that has variety and wants to have some fun along the way.
Our clients businesses span across several verticals from retail to construction and property - and the deliverables are wide and varied, which keeps things interesting. We are looking for someone who will work closely with our digital lead and cross-functional teams, is quick on the tools, uses initiatives and wants an opportunity to add their own strategic stamp to large organisations performance.
Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms, such as Google Ads, META, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat and others.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media campaigns with overall marketing goals and business objectives.
Campaign Management:
Create, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to ensure optimal ROI.
Budget Management:
Effectively manage and allocate budgets across different campaigns, platforms, and ad types.
Implement cost-saving measures without compromising campaign effectiveness.
Audience Targeting:
Conduct thorough audience research to identify and target key demographics for each campaign.
Utilise audience segmentation and targeting strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Ad Creatives & Strategy:
Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience, test and learn strategies and proactive recommendations.
Ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation across all paid media channels.
Testing and Optimisation:
Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and other campaign elements.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging advertising technologies, incorporating them into campaigns when appropriate.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Present campaign results to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for enhancement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Paid Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful paid media campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms, including META, TikTok and full Google Suite.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in digital advertising.
Requirements:
