Paid Media Specialist with a strong B2B digital marketing background in the technology sector, ready to manage and expand their digital campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn and Google.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST or PST
Key Responsibilities:
- LinkedIn Campaign Management: Lead and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns focused on lead generation, lead conversion, and customer acquisition.
- Google Ads Strategy: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, ensuring they align with the broader marketing goals and target the right audience segments.
- Performance Analysis and A/B Testing: Regularly analyze campaign effectiveness, conduct A/B testing to refine strategies, and ensure optimal performance.
- 6sense Campaigns (advantageous, not a requirement): Utilize 6sense for deeper insights into account-based marketing efforts, applying intent data to improve campaign targeting.
- CRM and CMS Management: While not mandatory, utilizing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Webflow for marketing ops assistance is nice to have.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use advanced analytics to monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
What Success Looks Like:
- Lead Generation Efficiency: Your targeted campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads have measurably increased lead quality and quantity.
- Campaign Optimization: Through rigorous A/B testing and analytics, you've refined advertising strategies to maximize ROI.
- Strategic Contribution: You've successfully integrated insights from 6sense to enhance the targeting and effectiveness of campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years in paid media management with significant B2B technology sector experience.
- LinkedIn and Google Ads Expertise: Extensive experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on these platforms.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong skills in campaign analysis and using A/B testing to improve results.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of 6sense, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Webflow is advantageous but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with teams and report on campaign progress.
