Job Title: Painter and Painting Supervisor (Interior Fit-Out)- Company: K4 Technical Services

K4 Technical Services is seeking experienced Painters and Painting Supervisors with over 5 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry in the UAE. We are looking for dedicated professionals who can deliver high-quality finishes and ensure that all painting projects meet our clients exacting standards.
Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and removing old paint.
- Apply paint, varnish, stains, and other finishes to various surfaces including walls, ceilings, and trim.
Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.- Repair and fill cracks, holes, and joints using caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers.
Ensure a clean and safe work environment by using appropriate tools and equipment.
Oversee and manage painting projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project specifications are met.
Inspect surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary.- Supervise and guide painting crew, providing training and support as needed.
Maintain project documentation, including progress reports and time tracking.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry in the UAE.
- Proven experience as a Painter or Painting Supervisor.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- For Painting Supervisor: Strong leadership and project management skills.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or formal training in painting or related field.- Previous experience with high-profile interior fit-out projects in Dubai.
Multilingual abilities, especially in English and Arabic.
