Studio Caramel is a design studio and producer of high-end, custom-made furniture. We collaborate with skilled artisans to create highly challenging and unique pieces that combine exceptional craftsmanship with innovative design. We are currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee the production of our high-end furniture. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing production processes, coordinating with artisans, and ensuring the highest standards of quality.

1. Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee the production of custom furniture pieces

- Liaise with artisans to ensure design specifications and quality standards are met

- Monitor production schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery

- Conduct quality control checks at various stages of production

- Resolve any issues or delays in the production process

- Maintain detailed records of production progress and communications with artisans

2. Requirements:

- Proven experience in production management, preferably in the furniture or artisan sector

- Strong understanding of high-end furniture production processes and quality standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively coordinate with and manage relationships with artisans

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a part-time role
