We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable part-time faculty member to teach courses in Advanced Excel, various Microsoft packages, Power BI, Data Science, AI, and Computer Programming. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in these areas and be enthusiastic about providing exceptional instruction to our students.
Deliver engaging and comprehensive instruction in Advanced Excel, Microsoft packages (e.g., Word, PowerPoint), Power BI, Data Science, AI, and Computer Programming.
- Develop and update course materials to ensure alignment with current industry standards and technological advancements.
Provide academic support and guidance to students, addressing questions and offering additional assistance as needed.- Create and administer assessments, assignments, and projects to gauge student understanding and progress.
Manage classroom activities, foster a positive learning environment, and address any issues that arise.
- Collect and analyze student feedback to continuously enhance course content and teaching methods.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, AI, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching Advanced Excel, Microsoft packages, Power BI, Data Science, AI, and Computer Programming.
Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, macros, and pivot tables.- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
In-depth knowledge of Data Science principles, AI concepts, and relevant tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit various learning styles and student needs.
