Job Overview:

As aPartner Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering successful relationships between Barakah and Vendor partners. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring vendors achieve their goals while aligning with our Barakah's strategic objectives. By combining account management expertise with a deep understanding of the FoodTech ecosystem, you will drive mutual success, strengthen collaboration, and create exceptional value for our vendor network.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the main liaison for vendors, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Actively support vendors in achieving their business goals through tailored solutions and strategic planning.

Performance Optimization:

  • Analyze vendor performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance vendor sales, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Act as a bridge between vendors and internal teams, ensuring alignment on expectations, processes, and deliverables.
  • Regularly update vendors on new features, initiatives, or opportunities within the platform.

Onboarding and Training:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring a smooth transition to the platform.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to vendors to maximize their success.

Problem-Solving and Escalation Management:

  • Proactively address vendor concerns, resolving issues quickly and effectively to maintain satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments while maintaining vendor confidence.

Strategic Partnership Development:

  • Identify opportunities for deeper collaboration and partnership, introducing vendors to innovative features or tools that enhance their business performance.
  • Regularly propose new initiatives to drive mutual growth and success.

Market Insights and Feedback:

  • Gather and relay market feedback from vendors to guide product development and strategic planning.
  • Stay updated on FoodTech trends to identify new opportunities for vendor success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, partner success, or vendor relationship roles, preferably in the FoodTech or technology sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and create actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and vendor management platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for the FoodTech industry and driving mutual success.
