Job responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of current partners & sponsors accounts and maintaining communication channels with them to ensure their inclusion in WDC events and initiatives.
2. Assisting partnerships manager for closing deals.
3. Support in coordinating the sponsors benefits with the internal stakeholders to ensure sponsors receive requested services for their commercial rights & their implementation according to the agreed proposals.
4. Accountable for cooperating with the Partnerships Manager for the current partners deals renewals and responsible for commercial rights implementation.
5. Responsible for the sub-projects execution in each partners contract
6. Build and maintain strong external relationships with current and potential partners.
7. Support the partnerships manager acquiring and leading new business deals in various industries.
8. Accountable for the revenue's targets collection and the current partners related financials in alignment with Partnerships Manager.
9. Accountable for the current partners and commercial rights presentations.
10. Accountable along with the Partnerships manager for the monthly/quarterly/yearly dashboards. 11. Oversee the Partnership department budgets and calendars and report them to the Partnerships Manager
12. Assist the Partnership Manager for the Partnerships SOP & Policy, and all related documents as needed.
13. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts/partners to maximize revenue generation.
14. Collaborate with the marketing department in alignment with the Partnerships Manager to secure cash or noncash revenue for the marketing events.
15. Renew existing partner contracts. 16. Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the mainframe of the job's specialty.
Job requirements:
1. Suitable bachelor's degree.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience
3. Ability to build business strategy, create reports.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
5. The ability to build rapport with key clients and manage multiple client accounts.
6. Strong negotiation, teamwork, and leadership skills.
7. Exceptional customer service skills.
8. Ability to conduct research and analyze data.
9. Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines.
