Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Partnership Management Manager to join our team in Makkah and Medina. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, expanding, and managing relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners across multiple cities, ensuring operational excellence, and driving rider recruitment and engagement to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the network of 3PL partners and riders based on delivery demand in each city.
- Enhance partners operational capabilities through training, support, and communication to ensure they understand company rules and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with all 3PL partners nationwide.
- Ensure 100% compliance of 3PL partners and their riders with company standards.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to optimize the processes and products used by 3PL companies.
- Work with operations to develop rewards and penalties for 3PL partners to meet key business objectives, such as hiring goals and user experience targets.
- Take responsibility for achieving rider recruitment, operations, management, and user experience goals in assigned regions.
- Manage the exit process for partners who do not meet the required standards.
- Complete all related tasks and duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years or more of experience in partner management at large companies, including independently managing partner relationships and business strategy implementation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Experience in food delivery partner management or partner management and analysis in large domestic logistics/express delivery companies is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of rider and 3PL market trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
