About Invygo

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Dubai, invygo aims at simplifying the process of getting a car. With the success of our expansion to Saudi Arabia in 2021 and in Qatar in 2023, we have continued to grow our operations.

Being the first car subscription app of its kind in the region, we have a proven track record and an in-depth understanding of our customers mobility needs.

Our app enables customers to own or subscribe to a car on a monthly basis without any hassle. Customers can commit for a minimum of 1 month with our monthly plans or 36 months with our Subscribe to Own service.

invygo's car subscription service is different from renting or buying a car. We offer the best of both worlds. Unlike renting, we don't require our customers to make a large deposit upfront. They can also choose the exact car model and features they want through our app, a benefit that rental companies don't offer. Buying a car comes with high up-front and maintenance costs, long-term commitment, registration and insurance charges. With invygo's Subscribe to Own plans, our customers pay an all-inclusive fee monthly without the additional paperwork and cost.

At invygo, we empower our customers to access a car with no deposit or down payment, no long-term commitment, and the option to cancel their monthly subscription plans at any time through our seamless digital platform.

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Partnership Specialist. As a key member of our partnerships division, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with our supply partners, primarily focusing on SMEs and small-scale suppliers within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify potential partners through various channels
  • Build and develop a strong base of SMEs partners in the market and maintain relationships with existing and prospective partners to grow the business
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to close deals and achieve supply acquisition targets
  • Provide accurate and timely information to partners regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with partners and colleagues
  • Prepare supply acquisition reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage stakeholders and assist the Operation excellence support team

Requirements


  • Proven experience in Supply Acquisition/sales, preferably in a similar role and industry with minimum experience 5 years
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
  • Ability to use Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel

Interview process


We aim to make the interview process as engaging as possible.

1 - 15 minute introductory call with a member of invygo's talent team

2 - 30 minute interview with a member of the partnership team

3 - 30 minute culture interview with 2 senior stakeholders
