Job Objective
Responsible for all activities related to marketing and sponsorship including conducting market research and analysis, developing marketing content and assisting in all sponsorship plans and activations.
Operational
Conduct analysis on market penetration by benchmarking segments that competitors have experienced success in to extract insight and leverage it in the development of market penetration strategy.
Conduct regional and international market research studies and analyze their findings to identify and prioritize target market opportunities.
Execute and help plan marketing campaigns that include promotional offers, seminars, event participations, etc.
Work hand in hand with the Communication and Public Affairs team to publish content in JCSA's media platforms (e.g. website, social media, etc.) to maintain customer awareness and member loyalty.
Develop advertising opportunities and ideas from conception to delivery in order to increase JCSA's network cover.
Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or campaigns, and events.
Analyze and evaluate campaign metrics to optimize effectiveness and provide recommendations to maximize results.
Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs and campaigns.
Support in the development of sponsorship project plans including demand generation, communications, content delivery and scalable timelines.
Assist in the implementation of the sponsorship strategy for integrating sponsors and other third parties into JCSA events.
Reach out to potential sponsors for business opportunities and possible collaborations.
Implement the use of sponsorship program tools and processes to enable streamlined billing, contracting, communications, etc.
Other Related Assignments
Perform other related duties or assignments as required.
Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner and uphold and adhere to JCSA's policies and procedures.
