Roles & Responsibilities:
Take ownership of parts department and lead a team with autonomy and confidence.
Follow the current processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes with passion and dedication.
Consistently administers company policies to manage employee relation issues, ensure retention and positive employee relations.
Organizes, supervises, and directs the operations of Parts Department personnel engaged in receiving, issuing, delivering and cycle counting supplies and equipment.
Monitor departmental performance KPIs and take proactive measures to address any deviations from targets, showcasing a results-oriented approach and a drive for success.
Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and replenishment, with a focus on maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with the service manager to track & ensure all parts are available for repair jobs.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication, fostering a spirit of teamwork and collaboration.
Maintains a dynamic cycle counting program to ensure high inventory accuracy ratios.
Analyzes supply & demand patterns and carries out periodic inventory level / usage audits to ensure adequate and correct levels of repair & maintenance parts, operating supplies, and consumables for an optimal inventory level.
Responsible for timely and accurate invoices documentation.
Handling and managing customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
Manage special order requests for key accounts.
Support processing warranty/return parts claims
Preparing monthly reports.
Managing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
Develop a work-oriented, positive culture, identifying growth opportunities
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of supervising experience in parts in an equivalent environment, preferably with a distributor or dealer.
Skills:
Good communication skills in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) and well versed in using MS office
Ability to lead effectively, including establishing and maintaining a high performing team.
DMS knowledge (KCML or SAP). (Preferred)
