Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry and Bakery Sous Chef at The Promenade Amman. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the baking and cooking operations, ensuring high-quality pastries and bakery items are prepared consistently. The role will involve creating new bakery recipes, maintaining hygiene standards, and leveraging creativity in designing desserts that align with the project's ambiance.

Qualifications

• Bakery and Baking skills
• Creativity in designing pastry and bakery items
• Knowledge and practice of hygiene standards in food preparation
• Strong cooking skills
• Experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
