We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Arabic-Speaking Patient Coordinator to join a prestigious medical center in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in patient coordination, providing exceptional care and seamless administrative support to enhance the overall patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Experience:
- Serve as the primary contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment throughout their journey, from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up.
Scheduling & Appointments:
- Effectively manage patient schedules, including booking consultations, treatments, and follow-ups, while optimizing clinic workflow.
Consultation Coordination:
- Assist doctors and clinicians by gathering patient medical histories, understanding patient expectations, and delivering essential pre-treatment information.
Financial Management:
- Provide patients with clear information about pricing, packages, and available financing options.
- Assist with payment processing and maintain accurate financial records.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to ensure satisfaction, encourage positive reviews, and promote patient referrals.
Administrative Support:
- Oversee and maintain patient records and clinic documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant privacy laws and best practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with clinic staff, including doctors, nurses, and fellow patient coordinators, to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive team environment.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and replenish office and treatment room supplies, ensuring seamless clinic functionality.
Requirements
To qualify for the role, ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar patient coordination or healthcare administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and familiarity with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a medical or aesthetic clinic is highly desirable.
