Job Summary:The Patient Coordinator cum Sales Executive will be responsible for managing patient relations and sales activities within the Plastic Surgery department. This role involves ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction, coordinating patient care, and driving sales initiatives to promote the hospital's plastic surgery services.
- Key Responsibilities:Patient Coordination:
Patient Management: Welcome patients and guide them through their treatment journey, from initial consultation to post-operative care.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits.
Patient Education:
Provide patients with detailed information about procedures, pre-operative and post-operative care, and address any concerns or questions.Documentation:
Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and communication logs.Liaison: Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential patients through various channels such as online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Consultations: Assist in initial patient consultations to discuss potential procedures, providing information and addressing any preliminary questions.
Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting the hospitals plastic surgery services.Marketing Strategies:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new patients.Follow-ups: Conduct follow-ups with potential patients to convert inquiries into consultations and surgeries.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in patient coordination and sales, preferably within a plastic surgery or healthcare setting.
