Job Description

EXPERIENCE IN AESTHETIC CLINIC IS A MUST

  • Manage all incoming clients and any phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Ensure all paperwork (digital and non-digital) is prepared, recorded, and filled accordingly.
  • Ensure all Clinic staff are continuously advised and updated on appointments, cancellations and any rescheduled appointments.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve customer satisfaction and to generate sales leads.
  • Resolve any problems that arise in a timely manner, and act as a mediator for the care and treatments that are being provided by Maris Clinic to the patient.
  • Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Greet customer service and create a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers to turn their inquiry into sales

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience working as a client relation executive in a aesthetic clinic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • UAE Experience in healthcare is preferable
  • Arabic speaking is a must
  • Can join immediately to one month
