EXPERIENCE IN AESTHETIC CLINIC IS A MUST
- Manage all incoming clients and any phone calls in a professional manner.
- Ensure all paperwork (digital and non-digital) is prepared, recorded, and filled accordingly.
- Ensure all Clinic staff are continuously advised and updated on appointments, cancellations and any rescheduled appointments.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve customer satisfaction and to generate sales leads.
- Resolve any problems that arise in a timely manner, and act as a mediator for the care and treatments that are being provided by Maris Clinic to the patient.
- Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Greet customer service and create a warm and welcoming environment.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers to turn their inquiry into sales
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working as a client relation executive in a aesthetic clinic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- UAE Experience in healthcare is preferable
- Arabic speaking is a must
- Can join immediately to one month
