Job Summary:

. The Patient Experience Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing improvement activities aimed at ensuring an exceptional experience of care for patients and their families across all care settings.

Key responsibilities includes:

. Facilitating coaching and learning interventions to enhance patient experience.

. Acting as a channel for patients to seek solutions to concerns related to their care.

. Serving as a neutral party in addressing sensitive care concerns by actively listening, building trust, and conveying professionalism.

. The ideal candidate will partner with patients, healthcare leaders, providers, and staff to achieve our organizational goals related to patient experience.

. The candidate should be able to travel to remote areas as per job requirements; expect more than 30% off-station/travel time.

Qualifications:

. Bachelor Degree in Nursing

. Minimum of 1 Year experience in the same field

. Female (since she will communicate directly with female patients and nurses)

. No travel limitation

Languages:

. Arabic and English professional proficiency.
