Creative pattern cutting (Haute Couture , party dresses )
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Master Cutter to join our team specializing in all kinds of ladies dresses. If you have a passion for fashion, exceptional cutting skills, and a strong background in ladies wear, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Precisely measure, mark, and cut fabric according to design specifications.
- Realization of 1st draping from the designer sketch
- Realization of samples considering production technical constraints ( cut , finishing , technical and upgrading solutions )
- Pattern cutting , Draping , Adaptation and transformation of clothing .
- Research of technical solutions according to designs and fabrics.
- Following of dresses cutting and sewing.
- Collaborate with designers and patternmakers to ensure accuracy in cutting.
- Operate cutting equipment and tools efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control in the cutting process.
- Oversee and manage cutting room operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Master Cutter in ladies wear, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of different fabrics, patterns, and dress styles.
- Proficient in using cutting equipment and tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- English language is a must , Arabic is an addition
