Job Requirement Post: Payment Bancs Specialist
Location: Dubai
Education
- Degree, Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of product experience in Bancs - Core Banking product (TCS) Payments Module
- Working experience handling customization requirements with good knowledge of product capability
- Experience in handling Bancs interfacing requirements
- Experience implementing Bancs application for banks
- Experience with direct client interaction
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of Bancs product architecture and customization layers
- Experience in handling varying customization requirements and best practices to be followed
- Proficiency in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions)
- Experience in Unix shell scripting and report designing
- Knowledge of cloud computing and containerization
Functional Skills
- Bancs payment module functional knowledge
- Good understanding of banking domain and terminologies
- Experience following best coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards and practices
- Proficiency in Agile methodology
- Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization
- Ability to effectively research and benchmark technology against best-in-class technologies
Soft Skills
- Ability to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience
- Self-motivator and self-starter, capable of driving tasks without supervision and working collaboratively across the organization
- Excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present ideas to senior and executive management
