Sarmad is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Payment Gateway Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our payment gateway services, building strong relationships with clients in the financial and e-commerce sectors, and identifying new business opportunities. As a key player in the organization, you will contribute to the overall strategy and execution to enhance our market position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies for the payment gateway services
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the financial services and e-commerce sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports on performance
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of services
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in payment gateway solutions or fintech
- Strong understanding of payment processing and related technologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential
- Willingness to travel as required by the role
