Job Description

Bank of Jordan, a leading financial institution in Jordan, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payment Systems Support Clerk to join our team. As a Payment Systems Support Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the bank's payment systems and ensuring smooth and efficient payment processing for our customers.

As a Payment Systems Support Clerk, your responsibilities will include monitoring payment systems, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring compliance with payment regulations. Responsibilities

  • Ongoing maintenance and Support for the ATM Switch, and Card Management Systems
  • Going through the SDLC phases to create and implement new ATM and Card services
  • Working closely with the Business and Operations departments for requirements gathering, gap analysis, and BRD reviews
  • Performing SIT and ensuring received deliveries from vendors
  • Supporting QC and QA teams to perform test plans and simulate test cases
  • Working closely with ATM Switch and CMS vendors to deploy, implement, and test new services
  • Monitor payment systems and participate in release management activities
  • Testing the Integration of ATM Switch and CMS Interfaces and APIs with internal and external parties including local and international schemes
  • Troubleshoot and investigate production issues with internal teams and follow up with the vendors
  • Technical Support for ATM Machines and surrounding systems, Aptra Vision, Proview

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, CIS, or any related field
  • 2-4 years of technical experience in the development and supporting ATM Switch, CMS, and Payment's systems within Banks or FinTechs
  • Knowledge of ATM Machines NCR, Wincor
  • Knowledge of Payment systems, VISA, Mastercard, Debit, and Prepaid Cards
  • Knowledge of ISO8583, HSM, NDC, EMV, and PCI
  • Knowledge in SQL, PLSQL, or any Programming languages
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Good command in English
