Job duties and responsibilities- Managing end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Collaborating with HR and finance teams to gather and verify payroll solution data.- Generate payroll reports, address discrepancies, and provide timely resolution to payroll-related queries.
Capable of collecting daily, weekly or monthly timesheets and calculating bonuses and allowances.
- Proficient in preparing employees compensation by the end of each month using relevant payroll software.
Process payroll transactions, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.- Capable of scheduling bank payments or handing out paychecks directly to employees while distributing payment statements and gathering signed receipts (digital or paper).
Capable of ensuring wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations of the Company.
- Conduct audits on payroll processes to identify and rectify errors.
- Job qualifications/requirements
At least 2 years of experience working as a Payroll Executive or in a similar role.
- Preferably candidates with a bachelors degree in Accounting, Human Resources or relevant field.
Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software with good knowledge of labor legislation.
