Payroll :
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time.
-Review financial records and ensure the accuracy of entered data.
-Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
-Generate monthly and annual payroll-related reports.
-Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to payroll.
-Update employee records in the system and make necessary adjustments.
-Use Menaitech system for payroll preparation and related reports.
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial information.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll processing.
Proficiency in Menaitech system.
Good knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with others
