Conduct Comprehensive Inspections:
Perform detailed inspections of new vehicles to identify any defects or issues.
Check both exterior and interior components, including paint, bodywork, upholstery, and electronic systems.
Ensure all vehicle fluids are at appropriate levels.
Perform Minor Repairs:
Address minor defects such as scratches, dents, and cosmetic issues.
Replace or repair any malfunctioning parts, such as lights, mirrors, and wipers.
Conduct minor mechanical adjustments and repairs as needed.
Test Vehicle Systems:
Verify the functionality of all electronic systems, including navigation, audio, and safety features.
Test drive vehicles to ensure proper operation of the engine, transmission, brakes, and suspension.
Check and adjust tire pressures and alignment.
Ensure Compliance with Standards:
Adhere to all manufacturer guidelines and quality standards during inspections and repairs.
Ensure vehicles comply with local safety and emissions regulations.
Document all inspections, repairs, and adjustments accurately.
Maintain Tools and Equipment:
Keep all inspection and repair tools in good working condition.
Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and safe.
Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
