Job Description:
- Seeking skilled Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician with experience in automotive dent removal.
- Must be proficient in using PDR tools and techniques to repair dents without affecting the vehicle's paint.
- Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and repair dents, dings, and creases on vehicles using PDR methods.
- Ensure repairs meet industry standards and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest PDR techniques and tools.
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and time.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a PDR Technician.
- Proficiency in PDR tools and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training is a plus.
