The ideal candidate will have substantial experience and expertise in performing surgical interventions for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. You will be part of a collaborative team committed to providing high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include conducting complex surgeries, offering comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care, and communicating effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Surgery
- Active state medical license
- Completion of a Pediatric Surgery residency program
- Proven experience in pediatric surgical procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate approach to patient care and safety
