Position Purpose:

You play a key role in that. You support our C&B and HR operations team in improving our HR policies and ensuring we deliver the best compensation, benefits, and HR programs for our people. Key Accountabilities:

People Trainee:

The HR Trainee is contributing to all activities related to compensation, benefits, and data analytics programs within Sephora Middle East in line with the HR strategy and contribute to the implementation of structured and clear policies and processes within the People function. This will include, and is not limited to:

HRGovernance

Contribute to the creation and structuration of HR policies and processes,

Data Analytics & People Controlling

  • Update monthly HR reporting for the region.
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing HR data to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Contribute to data audit to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of HR data.

People Operations and Administration

  • Assist in documentation, filing, and updating records as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and benchmarking compensation data to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Support the design and implementation of benefits programs.

HR Projects

  • Participate in different projects and initiatives within the department, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes.
  • Support team members in various initiatives related to compensation, benefits, and analytics.

Skills, Experience and Personality:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or equivalent working experience.
  • You have a first experience in HR in an international organization (trainee, apprentice, VIE)
  • Eager to develop MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage data and handle with confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Helpful and service-oriented, have an ability to work under pressure and be able to be discreet when dealing with confidential information. Must also be self-motivated, proactive going beyond the call of duty and result oriented.
