Key Accountabilities:
People Trainee:
The HR Trainee is contributing to all activities related to compensation, benefits, and data analytics programs within Sephora Middle East in line with the HR strategy and contribute to the implementation of structured and clear policies and processes within the People function. This will include, and is not limited to:
HRGovernance
Contribute to the creation and structuration of HR policies and processes,
Data Analytics & People Controlling
People Operations and Administration
Compensation & Benefits
HR Projects
Skills, Experience and Personality:
