About the Role
Nervora is seeking an Intern with remarkable attention to detail and exemplary organizational and communication skills.
The People and Operations Intern plays a vital role in supporting the team on various day-to-day activities. These will mainly focus on planning, organizing, coordinating, researching, and supporting various projects to ensure a smooth department function.
This is an outstanding opportunity to play a significant role in building the world's most storied publishing brands and redefining the premium media landscape across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR and Operations team with day-to-day activities to ensure a smooth department operation.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Associate in recruitment activities, including but not limited to sourcing, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and coordination.
- Work closely with the Workplace and Operations Executive with general operations, internal administrative requirements, and other department administrative activities which include but are not limited to regular magazine distribution, inventory management and coordination.
- Work on maintaining and updating data across various administrative projects and provide necessary reports with the Workplace & Operations Executive and People & Operations Manager.
- Provide ad-hoc internal administrative support and general research.
Basic Qualifications
- You are currently a senior at a 2+ year university in Business Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar department. Or you are a graduate with previous work experience (i.e., at least a 3-month internship or summer job) in the related field.
- You are available to commit to a 3-month internship in an on-site work setting.
- Well-versed with MS Office, Google Workspace, and Bayzat or a similar HR Platform.
- You have excellent attention to detail and written and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing priorities and work demands.
