Cequens is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will play a key role in supporting HR operations, employee relations, and various other HR functions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and other relevant HR functions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with business leaders to drive organizational success through HR initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience (X years) as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and other relevant HR functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to influence and collaborate with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and achieve organizational goals
- Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all HR activities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution, with a focus on finding practical solutions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus
- Strong written and spoken English
