Job Description

Your mission

  • You will bring fresh ideas and energy to develop our internal cultural and wellbeing initiatives, P&C processes and recruitment drives.
  • You are the main point of contact for our team members, team leads, external agencies, consultants or advisors.
  • Liaise confidently with government authorities, external consultants and other entities where required.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE and KSA labour laws, regulations, and best practices, keeping the organization up to date with changes in legislation.
  • Develop and implement team benefits and incentives, compensation, and performance management programs.
  • Develop and implement HR procedures, and programs in alignment with our organizational goals and values.
  • Actively seek the improvement, development and digitalization of P&C processes and procedures to ensure operations remain streamlined and scalable.
  • Implement effective team engagement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases, including the information and performance evaluations of team members.
  • Provide guidance and support to Team Leads and team members on People & Culture-related matters, promoting a positive, harmonious and productive work environment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually improve P&C processes.
  • Apply proactive problem-solving to situations and provide proactive updates to the relevant Team Leads and other stakeholders.

You Will Also Have

  • Proven work experience as an HR/ P&C Manager or HR Generalist in the UAE, ideally in a medium-sized, international service company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE and KSA labour laws and regulations.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, bustling and collaborative environment in our Dubai office, supporting our teams in both the Middle East and Europe.
  • Flexibility and ability to act confidently in a very dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Experience in performance management, team members onboarding and training.
  • Experience in talent acquisition is beneficial but not a must.
  • An expert command of MS Office Suite and HR systems.
  • Previous experience in dealing with MOHRE and other governmental authorities and organisations.
  • A keen eye for detail and a high standard of quality in your own work.
  • A positive charisma, polite manners, trustworthiness and an open-minded personality with a strong team spirit.
  • Flexibility and ability to act confidently in a very dynamic environment.
