Onboarding and Offboarding
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees by preparing documentation, required logistics and ensuring a smooth transition
- Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth clearance of employees
Employee-related Services & Benefits
- Liaise with vendors & manage the delivery of daily benefits such as medical care services, transportation services, employee reservations, and mobile services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Track and report on employee attendance and leave records approvals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Manage business missions for employees, and handle hotel and flight reservations to ensure all travel arrangements are efficiently managed
- Create and deliver various HR-related documents & certificates, including salary letters, experience certificates and other employee relations (ER) letters as needed
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Years of experience: From 3 to 5.
Additional:
- Proven experience in an HR role or similar administrative position.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
