Your role
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Operations Team Lead to oversee our People Operations Team. As our People Operations Team Lead, you will be crucial in managing the team and systems that carry out the core Hire to Retire processes at Tamara.
This role will ensure compliance with local labor laws and liaising between department heads, LM, Business partners to resolve and action any employment related issues.
Drawing on your proficiency in managing day to day operations, you will monitor the onboarding and offboarding pipelines, guiding and assisting team members through any challenges that might arise.
With a proven track record of People Operations Team Performance Management and Quality Assurance you will ensure the efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness of the team. This involves setting clear goals, providing feedback, and fostering an environment to enhance overall team performance and ultimately revolutionize the way millions of users shop, pay, and bank.

Your responsibilities
Manage the company's HR information systems, maintaining their accuracy, security, and compliance
Oversee HR data requests, reporting, and projects
Develop and maintain HR systems training materials and deliver training as needed
Lead the People Operations team, promoting high-quality customer service
Monitor HR service center metrics and collaborate on process improvements
Administer HR programs and policies, ensuring legal compliance
Maintain payroll-processing infrastructure
Work in compliance with local labor laws
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
Your expertise
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR shared services or HR operations and payroll with a proven track record of success
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Deep knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and policies
Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
