Reports To: Performance and Reporting Manager
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze performance data from various sources to evaluate the effectiveness of business activities.
- Report Preparation: Prepare regular performance reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and trend analysis.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of teams and departments by analyzing performance data and comparing results to set goals.
- Trend Analysis: Identify prevailing trends and changes in performance, providing recommendations to improve processes or strategies.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work with internal teams to provide accurate and up-to-date performance information and ensure common goals are met.
- Process Improvement: Offer actionable recommendations for improving performance based on data analysis and reporting.
- Presentation Preparation: Present performance insights and results in internal meetings through presentations and written reports.
- Dashboard Development: Design interactive dashboards that allow stakeholders to track performance continuously.
- Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, ensuring it aligns with organizational standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in fields such as Management, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or performance management.
- Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Ability to prepare analytical reports and present data visually.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
