Job Description:
The Performance Excellence Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's performance metrics,
monitoring systems, and process improvement initiatives. This role ensures that key performance indicators
(KPIs) are accurately tracked, analyzed, and reported to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize
business processes.
Responsibilities & Roles:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive performance monitoring framework
- Identify, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across various departments
- Implement and manage monitoring systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities
- Lead process improvement projects, utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop solutions to address performance gaps
- Present performance reports and recommendations to senior management
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in performance management, process improvement
- Proven experience with performance monitoring tools and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
