Job Purpose:
Responsible for identifying areas of improvement and individuals in need of support within the direct sales force and coaching and collaborating with such individuals to ultimately drive up sales performance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide ongoing coaching and trainings to sales force including selling skills, product knowledge, digital transformation, tele sales, building/maintaining relationship, problem solving, customer retention and other trainings that would improve staff productivity.
- Conduct branch visits as scheduled by unit head to underperforming sales staff to observe their productivity and increase it.
- Monitor sales staff individual performance daily, provide direction, motivation, outdoor visits support, sales and personal development plans to achieve assigned targets.
- Monitor sales force lead lists performance and provide trainings to increase conversion rates.
- Contribute to retail sales activities by generating innovative ideas, campaigns, initiatives, new to bank workshop trainings.
- Provide management with reports of coaching plans and branch visits.
- Coordinate with unit head, AM and BMs with sales plans of underperforming sales staff.
- Communicate bank products, sales circulars, and marketing campaigns with sales force to increase their product knowledge.
- Conduct sales performance reviews with rest of coaching team to assist the sales development process.
- Participate with other departments on all projects and tasks related to sales as needed to ensure proper sale improvement practice is followed.
- Identify and train potential non-sales staff to engage them in the sales force journey.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in the Banking Field
Experience in a customer facing role in either retail or corporate/commercial banking.
Understanding of banking products and sales of such products
Knowledge:

Marketing best practice
Product knowledge
Local market, potential partners
Fluent in Arabic and English
