Performance Improvement/Transformation Junior Partner - Arabic Speaker

Consulting Point are working with a well known global consultancy in the operations improvement and transformation space. They seek to build their presence in Qatar (they already have an office in Qatar) and are happy to hire a senior management consultant living in KSA who is comfortable travelling to Qatar weekly (travel costs will be covered) with the intention the candidate will live in Qatar during work days.

This is a leadership role based in Qatar that will appeal to a candidate at Senior Director/Junior Partner level seeking the next move to full Partner level. This role you will be a bigger fish in a smaller pond and be responsible for helping to lead, shape and build a consulting business in Qatar working with clients in Energy or Government.

All candidates must be Arabic speakers and currently working for a top consulting firm like MBB, Big 4 or boutique consultancy at Senior Director or Junior Partner level. The ability to sell and deliver consulting projects is also key.
