Performance Management Senior Specialist (Human Capital-Operations)
Drive the successful implementation and continuous improvement of the employee's performance management framework, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the Human Capital and the organization, and foster a culture of employee performance excellence by leading training and development initiatives, analyzing employee performance data, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Job Specific Accountabilities:
Employee Performance Management Framework Implementation
- Assist in the implementation of the employee's performance management framework, ensuring alignment with Human Capital and the organization's strategic objectives.
- Monitor and manage the employee performance management cycle, ensuring that all processes are completed on time and accurately documented.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to the employee performance management framework, based on observed gaps and best practices.
Employee Performance Management Training and Development
- Lead advanced training sessions for managers and employees on performance management processes, ensuring a deeper understanding and engagement.
- Provide specialized support and resources to managers, helping them navigate complex performance reviews and handle sensitive feedback.
Employee Performance Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze and interpret employee performance data to identify high performers, underperformers, and trends across the organization.
- Prepare detailed reports and provide actionable insights based on employee performance data to inform strategic decisions.
System Optimization and Enhancement
- Participate in the evaluation and enhancement of employee performance management systems, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring system functionality supports organizational needs.
- Work closely with HRIS teams to ensure seamless integration and usability of employee performance management tools.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Propose and support the implementation of changes to the performance management process to ensure it remains effective and relevant.
Reporting
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders based on business requirements.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration.
- 6+ years of relevant experience.
