We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with a deep understanding of the Saudi market to drive our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, including paid search, display advertising, social media marketing, and analytics. This role requires a data-driven marketer who can optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.) specifically for the Saudi market.
- Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Conduct market research to understand the preferences and behaviors of the Saudi audience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the Saudi market.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign results.
- Implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on the Saudi market.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Experience with paid search platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Familiarity with the cultural and consumer behavior nuances of the Saudi market.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with programmatic advertising and retargeting campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
- Understanding of web analytics and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
