Performance Marketing Executive - Arabic speaking mandatory, Healthcare / Aesthetic background- Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other social channels.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), to optimize and improve campaign effectiveness.- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
Monitor and adjust budgets to ensure maximum ROI while staying within budget constraints
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive conversions.
Use data analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate insightful reports.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns current and effective.
Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid search results.
- Strong proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 4. Experience with A/B testing and optimizing digital ad campaigns. 5. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively. 7. Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies is an added advantage
