MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service:- Provide professional and warm welcome to the customer and acknowledge them as soon as they enter the store.
- Make the customer feel comfortable by initiating a conversation that allows them to express the purpose for their visit to the store.
- Invite and accompany our customers to discover the store and its artworks.
- Redirect the customer to the relevant department when needed (i.e. after sales, exchanges and return)
- Inform the clients about the approximate waiting time to be attended by a client advisor.
- Communicate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and professional handover of the customer to the nearest sales advisor available.
- Ensure a professional farewell to the customer.
Team work:- Interactive and positive participation in all morning briefings and team meetings to optimize teamwork and problem solving
- Demonstrate respect and consideration to all colleagues to maintain a solid and dynamic team.
- Share positive ideas and experiences with colleagues.
- Build effective relationships using appropriate verbal and non-verbal communication with other staff and customers.
- Follow up on all details of after-sales service.
- Be involved in the store and ensure that the boutique is always tidy.
