Personal Assistant

THE ROLE

Personal Assistant to the 3 member Management Team.

You are expected to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Management Team in a fast-paced and regulated financial services environment.

You will handle scheduling, communications, personal affairs, social media accounts and various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

You are expected to:

  • Manage executives schedules, communications, and priorities efficiently.
  • Handle rapid instructions and correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Filter and prioritise incoming communications, demonstrating excellent time-management skills.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
  • Be of utmost trustworthiness and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Handle staff matters on behalf of the executive.
  • Assist in administrative tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Utilise basic design skills to create and post content on social media platforms, created on Adobe suite, Powerpoint and Canva.
  • Maintain the executive's social media presence by ensuring accurate representation of their brand and message.

Personal Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook , Word Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Basic design skills for social media content creation.
  • Adobe Suite, Powerpoint, Canva
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Discretion in handling confidential and personal information.
  • Proactive attitude towards learning and development.

Demonstrable Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a PA or administrative role, preferably within a financial services company.
  • Familiarity with scheduling, communication management, and travel coordination.
  • Previous experience managing social media accounts for professional purposes is advantageous.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled PA to support executives effectively in a regulated financial services environment, while also contributing to their online presence and branding efforts.

Remuneration:

AED 4k - 7k depending on expertise and experience, catered breakfast and lunch, DEWS employer contribution, annual airfare, comprehensive medical insurance and other benefits.
