We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and reliable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in managing day-to-day activities and special events. Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Travel Coordination:
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Ensure all travel logistics are seamless and stress-free.
Household Management:
- Oversee household staff and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure the household is well-maintained and running smoothly.
Personal Errands:
- Run errands, such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other personal tasks.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for family gatherings and special occasions.
Financial Management:
- Assist with budgeting, bill payments, and expense tracking.
- Handle banking transactions and financial documentation.
Event Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute family events, including social gatherings, celebrations, and philanthropic events.
- Liaise with vendors, caterers, and other event service providers to ensure flawless execution.
- Manage event logistics, including invitations, RSVPs, and on-site coordination.
- Create and maintain detailed event timelines and checklists.
Special Projects:
- Manage special projects as assigned, including research and event planning.
- Assist with philanthropic activities and community engagements.
Qualifications:Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Experience working with high-profile individuals or families is preferred.
- Proven experience in event management, including planning and executing events of various sizes.
Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
