As a Luxury Lifestyle Manager to HNWIs you will be responsible for catering to the needs of only the wealthiest elite Clients who prefer a privileged and exclusive luxury lifestyle. You will be a part of unique Luxury Experts team and enjoy to provide round-the-clock access to Insignia's full range of services every day of the year.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicating with Clients, receiving Clients requests
  • Working closely with Back Office Luxury Experts on the requests processing
  • Selling requests solutions to provide high-end luxury service directly to Clients
  • Building positive relationship with Clients
  • Searching and analyzing information in luxury lifestyle segment
  • Database maintenance and daily reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year of experience in travel, concierge, luxury shopping or VIP sales sector
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Well-developed stress management skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good team player
  • Self-motivated and creative
  • Languages: fluent English and Turkish are mandatory
