ClickUp setup and management: I use ClickUp to manage projects, and I'll need your help organizing and optimizing it for my workflow.

Staying responsive: Quick replies and clear communication are a mustyou'll be my go-to for getting things done.

Inbox management: Sort emails, prioritize what's important, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Invoicing & payments: Set up a dedicated account, send invoices, track payments, and manage client communication.

Social media outreach: Contact hotels for collaborations and help me grow my Instagram connections.

Real estate tasks: Support with property-related admin as needed.

Freelancer coordination: If something's outside your expertise (e.g., advanced design), hire freelancers within budget and oversee the task.

Accounting & expenses: Track subscriptions, expenses, and invoicing through an accounting platform.

Web project support: From opening Figma files to creating hosting accounts, you'll assist with various digital tasks.

What I'm Looking For:

Tech-savvy: Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI tools is a big plus.

Proactive mindset: Ask questions, suggest solutions, and take the initiative.

Eager to grow: I'll share videos and guide you step-by-stepbe ready to learn and evolve as we go.

Problem-solver: If something's beyond your skill set, you're not afraid to find help or hire freelancers within budget.
