The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills with service at the heart of their actions along with having excellent timekeeping, and work prioritization skills. The focus of the role is to provide a white-glove service to customers by serving exquisite food, drink, and other consumables at events and in their rooms.
Responsibilities
- Be the point to of contact for the Chairmans of the organization for all his personal needs.
- Anticipate needs and provide a seamless service to ensure and provide him with fast, timely service for all of his needs.
- Monitor stocks of items, and re-stock where applicable.
- Liaise with all key team members for any other arrangements that might be required.
- Provide excellent and professional service of meals and drinks to the Chairman
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene guidance at all times.
- Ensure rooms are presentable, clean, and tidy, and liaise with housekeeping to ensure such.
- Be well-groomed, professionally dressed, and compassionate at all times.
Requirements
- 2 years experience as a host, butler, or other related role within the hospitality field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with well-developed interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate with varying types of people from different cultures and backgrounds
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and escalate issues where required
- Excellent customer service skills with a keen eye for detail and service focus
- Able to confidently maintain and keep stock levels accurate
- Confident with the use of computer programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Demonstrated knowledge about the local area, attractions, and activities available
- Ability to handle sensitive and personal matters discreetly
