Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Executive Assistant for a part-time role, requiring 15-20 hours per week to support a professional couple in managing their day-to-day business and personal responsibilities. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities and the foresight to anticipate needs in both business and personal contexts.
You will be working with a kind, respectful couple who prioritize growth and efficiency in their lives. The role is ideal for someone who is a team player, enjoys managing a variety of projects, and thrives on getting things done efficiently across both business and home life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders proactively
- Conduct research on personal projects, lifestyle tips, travel destinations, and business-related topics
- Handle travel arrangements and detailed itineraries for business trips, vacations, and personal travel
- Organize professional and personal gatherings, including business dinners, networking events, or personal trips
- Identify and research potential podcast guests, business contacts, and other relevant individuals or organizations. Handle outreach, follow-ups, and maintain communication proactively
- Manage email inboxes, ensuring timely responses, filtering important communications, and drafting replies as needed
- Assist in ad-hoc personal and business-related tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant in a similar role
- Strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide relevant insights and solutions quickly
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus
- High level of proficiency in digital tools and platforms for remote collaboration and organization
- Must be available during mornings based on Eastern Standard Time (EST)
- A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently
